To promote Fluffy Friends' chomp’n plush toy, Fluffy Bad Bad, I created a playful animated short that blends storytelling, character design, and rich visual depth. The concept follows Fluffy Bad Bad as he stirs up trouble in a quirky forest world—picking on the little guy and triggering a chain of chaotic (and hilarious) events.

Starting with simple black-and-white sketches, the project evolved into a richly layered After Effects animation. I used focused camera movement and a mix of bold and intricate shapes—like iconic bare trees and a detailed birch foreground—to build a stylized forest full of texture and mood. The result is a fun, mischievous visual journey that captures the brand’s tone while showcasing narrative-driven motion design.
