Meet SAFe CoPilot
SAFe CoPilot Logo Design and Branding Overview concept
As Brand Manager at Scaled Agile, I took on the challenge of conceptualizing a visual identity for SAFe CoPilot, an AI-driven tool designed to make navigating the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) ecosystem more accessible and efficient. The goal was to create a logo and accompanying brand elements that reflected the product’s innovative, supportive, and forward-thinking nature, all without the guidance of specific prompts or directives. This process involved ideation, design, and strategic integration of the new brand into the SAFe ecosystem.
The Process:
Conceptual Development: Sketches were created in Procreate, evolving into a refined design that visually communicates SAFe CoPilot’s role as a “smart companion.”
Scalable Iconography: Variations in color and style were explored to ensure adaptability across platforms, from digital interfaces to promotional campaigns.
Integrated Brand Ecosystem: The design aligns with campaign materials, mockups, and internal branding resources to promote consistency and engagement.
Dynamic Branding: Paired with branded motion design, the logo was brought to life through animations that enhance the sense of responsiveness and interactivity, essential to the SAFe CoPilot experience.

To support the launch of SAFe CoPilot, I developed a cohesive branding ecosystem, including internal materials such as brand guidelines, templates, and motion design toolkits to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
For promotional campaigns, I created versatile assets tailored to various platforms:
Vertical Banners for events and offices.
Video Wall Animations showcasing CoPilot’s features dynamically.
Instagram Carousels highlighting benefits in an engaging, swipeable format.
Website and App Mockups to illustrate user experiences.
This integrated approach delivers impactful, on-brand messaging that establishes SAFe CoPilot as a transformative tool for Agile practitioners.
